Nursing Scholarship Program from Catholic Healthcare Partners

University and CHP, provides aspiring students who desire a Catholic and Jesuit nursing education, but need financial assistance, to pursue one with tuition assistance, development opportunities, and possible career opportunities within the CHP system upon graduation.
Xavier University and CHP understand that well-prepared, values-driven nurses are critical in the delivery of excellent healthcare. CHP Scholars will share the vision and values of both organizations, and will be granted the opportunity to fulfill their career goals in their future role as Xavier University educated nurses.
Scholarships are awarded annually in amounts up to $10,000 to new students. The scholarship will be used to cover billable costs at Xavier University. All applicants are required to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to Xavier University by February 15, 2009 for consideration. Recipients must declare a major in nursing and meet nursing progression policies in order to accept and maintain the scholarship.
